* I am a RM50 LOSER *

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

This picture won RM50 through THE STAR THUMBNAILS.

You know what?

I saw this picture so much more early in the morning !!!!

It's just in front of one of the hostel and my university- UNIVERSITI PUTRA MALAYSIA!

I took it down and even sent it to THE STAR!!!

But because I took it from the wrong angle I think it just never win the hearts of voters!

I SHOULD HAVE GOT DOWN FROM THE CAR AND STAND RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT AND SNAP!!!!!

So deng!!!!

I COULD HAVE WON
RM 50!!!!!!!!!

* From the heart of an AIESECER *

Hear my voice~ Hear my say~ Hear me.
Warning: Quite a long post. So if you are lazy, don't bother to read it.

VOC is finally over. I was happy voting for people I know they could contribute, and I enjoyed throwing votes for those whom I believe could make LC UPM a better organization favored by more students!

On that day, many people asked me why I didn’t apply for EB. I went for NLDS 2006, always join AGs, learned so much from AIESEC, bonded with the crazy AIESECers, took part in organizing LLDS, tried facilitating in Pre-NLDS, mentoring my mentees and juniors, and also currently taking part in a project…. Why don’t I join the EB then?

Well, when I first joined AIESEC in year 2006, my aim was just to go for EXCHANGE. I never ever thought of joining the EB.

When it’s year 2007 EB election time, Matt and Yam from AIESEC LC UUM asked me before, why don’t I join? I remembered my answer was still: “My main achievement in @ is to go for exchange!”

This year 2008, I nearly wanted to apply for EB because I love working with the people around me and especially, with all the new juniors! I wanted to apply for VPPD because I think some sessions are kinda boring and I want to make it better… :P I also want to challenge myself to greater heights and help other people to achieve their goals too.

But then, I’ve plans for the next few semesters which I really wanna do it and already thought of since last semester. And if I continue with it, I will not have time for EB stuffs especially holidays. That’s why, I never apply for it. It’s kinda heart sick when you know that you can’t do some things that you want to do, just like applying for VPPD. But it’s even more dreadful when you have to let go the things you love to do most, just to do that some things you want to do.

Besides, I strongly believe that having the passion as a VPPD is just NOT enough. To me, commitment comes first rather than passion. You might say that passion will drive you to commit more. But I personally do not think so. When challenges strike, passion starts to die off, that’s when commitment takes place. Believe me; I’ve seen experiences like those. So I clearly know, I will not be able to commit that extreme, especially during holidays. I can’t be as committed as how the previous VPPD was. I knew, I have no choice.

Well, my plans were set since last semester when I thought I would never ever apply for EB. Whoever knew that I would wanna apply for VPPD suddenly? I could say that it’s just fated. Hence I always encourage juniors to join when they are in their second year, for you will never know what happens next.

Guessed people will feel weird why I always go to AIESEC AGs when you could see I’m one of the few seniors not in the EB board, whereas others are all busy busy EB people. However, I am involved in AIESEC project although I’m not in the busy busy board. :P

While I was promoting LLDS last year, I remembered previous LCP Edwin Lai once asked me, “If you are not in the EB, do you think you will come back for AG? If you are not promoting for LLDS, do you think you will attend AG?” I answered yes. And he told me not many people will. I agree. The seniors who attended AG are mostly the EB, compared to 90 delegates who went for NLDS during year 2006, not many came back.

So, I was never in the EB.
Then, what makes me stays in AIESEC LC UPM?

Well I’ll tell you why… Let me imitate Fido… “It’s all about perspectives” :)

My perspectives of staying in @ UPM are:

1. To go for exchange and meet other @ers, meet the world.
Going for exchange was one of my must-do stuffs when I’m still in my uni life!

2. To learn and improve through organizing projects
Organizing projects and events are things I love and would really love to learn more and more on making them better!

3. @ members are just like my family
I love the warmth and comfort, that’s why I come back for AGs.
Hence, I quote that ‘AIESEC is my comfort place where I learned not to dwell in my comfort zone’
I like it whenever I enter the AG room. I love how they greet me, especially the juniors who are really fun to be with and some times… very playful! I like how my batch of @ers teach and guide me, and also their companion. I treasure those genuine friendship made on the base of @. That’s why, I try my best to go to AGs whenever I can..unless exams too pack lah..

4. To provide help whenever they need and I’m free and able to do so.
When it comes to people whom I heart dearly (upm @ers) I will not hesistate to provide them my help, if I am free and able to do so. So, eventhough I am not in the EB, I will always stand-by to help the LC~ Remembering Cherlynn saying, “You guys always seemed like you need help”. That’s really funny. So, I’m always there to offer what I can do, I’m a freelancer.. :P

5. Working with youth is one of the things I love to do.
I love mentoring my mentees, and some times other juniors too. I believe you could just mentor, give guidance, share your thoughts, encourage, and provide advices to anyone in @. You need not be an EB to mentor. You need not be on the stage to touch other people’s heart. You just need to have a genuine heart of listening and coaching. . I feel happy for them who are able to get over their problems after chatting. ‘Thank You’ is usually one of the sweetest words to hear from, ‘Thanks for helping and listening’ is one of the sweetest phrases, and seeing them moving to another better level is one of the sweetest things in my life.

Item 1 and 2 are what I hope to gain from AIESEC.
And item 3-5 are why I still hold on to AIESEC.

Back to the word – Perspective.

It’s about what makes you love AIESEC. It’s about what you want to gain from AIESEC. It’s about what makes you stay on in AIESEC. It’s about…how you value AIESEC in your life.

If you say you are passionate about AIESEC, if you asy you LOVE AIESEC, will you still return for AIESEC activities even if you stepped down from the Executive Board? Will you still come for AGs even if you have nothing to do during the AGs? I sincerely hope most of us will.

I sincerely wish those who are going for interview – ALL THE BEST.

I can’t wait for the new board!!!!!!!!!!

For those who are not applying, I wish you all will still stay in AIESEC as seniors even our PBOXes are over. The LC does not only need EB people, but seniors also play important roles. So, do come back and help out, or just mix around, or just… feel the bond in AIESEC activities~!

* Passion is just not enough *

Last night I told Brandon that I think passion is not everything when it comes to an organization. Then, he told me to check out his election manifesto on the next day. He wrote (or typed) that among his 5 most important things for a leader or an EB, passion was rated number 5, which is the last on his list.

I reckon that having a strong passion is just not enough if you are a leader.
You can be a very passionate leader, but when you have no time to commit, what could your passion help you?

Take a simple example from ME personally, let us ignore the leader thingy.

I’m a very passionate dancer. I love hiphop like heavens. I used to do performance and join competitions. Now, I am still as passionate as I was.

But I can’t dance. I can’t commit. I have totally no time to go for classes. So no matter how passionate I am, how deep I yearn to dance, how crazy I wanna groove my body with my dance mates, I just can’t.

People might say, “When you have the passion, you will do whatever it takes.”

Sorry to say that I’ve to tell you, “Be rational and be realistic”

At work, it’s not just about passion. Well, this is just MY mindset and MY perspective. Not every one thinks like that. However, passion is important, yes; and it would be even better if we could commit our time and energy; and even more better if we have the right attitude in doing things.

John C. Maxwell wrote, “Attitude is your best asset, don’t throw it away. It can either lift you up, or bring you down”

I love John C. Maxwell’s book. I shall share his thoughts on Attitude with you all next time~

* Kenny Sia replied me!!!!! *

Yeah remember in one post I wrote......

.....Things always happen when you least expect it?....

....And that's when I quote Kenny Sia replied my text?

Revealing the truth now

It made me laughed like SO CRAZY!

I actually saved his cellphone number WRONGLY. I mixed up number '6' and '9'!!!
Remembering when he texted me after I forward him a CNY text, he replied:
"May I know who is this please?"
I went "Wah Kenny is very polite! And he replied!"
And I was so stupid going...
"Hi Kenny! I'm one of your blog readers! May this new year bless you with more inspirations!"
And "Kenny" ACTUALLY still replied...
"I see. Thank you! Have a great new year too!"

And I was so surprised!
"Wah Kenny text replied a stranger!"
And so, I once thought he/she was really "Kenny Sia" because he only replied twice, and sounded quite professional.
Until I felt something weird, I asked Harish for Kenny's cellphone number again.
I was right for my instincts! I saved the WRONG NUMBER!!!
XD XD XD XD
Well, who's that person after all????

Some hot guy like Chad Michael Murray?? If he really is I'll continue to text him! :P Or was it some funny crazy man like Mr. Bean?

But he doesn't seem to text such politely...right?
Or maybe, it's an OLD MAN! WAAAA!!!! No no no...ANDWAE! (korean)
Who knows, it might also be a gorgeous polite girl like Jessica Alba!

And maybe she thought I would be a guy. :P

So while I was all so happy for 'Kenny Sia' 's reply

Someone actually totally didn't know my existence!!!

And still continue taking stupid crazy funny pictures!

Or writing humourous posts

Someone who totally never replied anyone named Rue-Hann

.

.

.

.

The real KENNY SIA.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!

SO THAT'S ABOUT IT.

SOMETHING STUPID AND FUNNY...

OH my...

peeps, next time save the numbers correctly!

Or not you'll ended up like me...

thinking back, I felt so funny for my carelessness and stupidity.

I just kept on laughing!!!!

Well still...

Things always happen when you least expected it.

:)

* 2nd outing with Japan Interns! *

Last Sunday, Harish, Siew Wei and Me took them to savour the famous
IPOH ROAD YONG TOW FOO!!!
Before that we took them to eat Cendol. Taku flipped open his book and pointed to a cendol picture with the word 'cendol' and japanese words above. Honestly, that book is cool!

During the session I've learned some Japanese culture though.
They don't talk about dirty stuffs or use dirty words when their at the dining table.
No wonder when I asked them:
"Is the food in Malaysia okay? You guys have DIARRHEA? What's DIARRHEA called in Japanese?"
Shuhei wanted to answer but he didn't dare. Haha. And I realised it's because it's not really polite to say it out before eating or during eating.
Another thing, Japanese doesn't like to be called JAPS!
I used to think that Jap is a shortform of Japanese.
But heavens, they hate it just like how Hong Kong people hated to be called HongKies.
Quote Shuhei: "If someone calls me Jap, I'll punch him in the face!"
Next, we said 'Ita dakimasu!' before starting to eat!
Well, lil stuffs I know before the lunch arrives! Thats about it. :)
In return, we taught them Malaysian broken language!
We forced them to use '-lah', '-loh'
And they asked won't people be angry because it seems kinda rude, such as:
"What lah you!"
Well, Harish said Rue-Hann won't be angry. GEK SEI ME.
Me, Bora, Harish, Shuhei, Siew Wei, Taku
Harish, Siew Wei, Shuhei, Taku, Me, Bora.
After the sumptous lunch. 3 of us malaysians gave them a treat!
The yong tao foo is quite nice. But I don't mind eating yong tao foo from other stalls too.
It's not like the Jalan Ipoh YTF is sooooooooooooo delicious...

Me and Bora. Have I told you she's korean japanese? So pretty, isn't she?

I'm also quite pretty, am I? XDXDXD

After that, we back to Kelana Jaya and I took them to Taman Megah to buy Shuhei's curtain hooks.

Ended up we saw there's Night Market and decided to let them have a look!

Fortunately, Shuhei get to buy the things he need.

They wanted to buy a food cover too, but we can't help them find the one they want.

I introduced them Uncle Bob's Chicken and they like it so much!

Even Bora who seldom eats oily stuffs actually ate a lot of it!

Shuhei paid for the whole packet but then others grabbed his food~ Haha!

See how Taku looks like when he tasted the chickens! He tasted happiness! XD

Feeling Paiseh? Taku doesn't wanna look up! We brought them to Ming Tien food court.

He ordered Sizzling Noodle which he said it was GOOD!!! OIISHI!!!

Bora and I shared Thai Style Chicken Rice.

Bora is a girl who can really take in spicy stuffs. She said it's quite nice! This is Siew Wei and Shuhei.

Shuhei wanted to look for Roti Canai but too bad there isn't any.

In the end, he got himself Tandoori Chicken and Roti Naan.

When asked, he gave a thumbs up for the Naan.

And a thumbs down for the chicken.

He said the Chicken is too hard-textured.

.

.

After dinner, we sent them home and went to their house for a visit.

Stupidly, I actually called the teenage girl in Taku and Bora's house, AUNTY!

I was...so embarassed.

.

.

Later on, Ka Wei from LC TUC invited them to join a birthday party at the same condominium.

The 3 of us went home and bid them goodbye.

So that's about me, my 2nd outing with them!

One stupid thing we did.

We held the elavator for almost nearly 10 minutes.

When we reached to the ground floor, quite many people were waiting.

AIESECers memang jahat.

:P

* 18... *

What's 18?
It's a word used to express anger, frustration...and when it's read it sounds like number 18. So koreans like to write 18 when they are angry.

Why I am angry?

Well I am lazy to say why. I just wanna write out and express that I am angry. Gek sei me.

But no worries peeps, I'll just be angry for a few seconds and that's it. I'm back to normal. :) That's my strength!

One thing about Rue you gotta know is that:
She likes to experss however she feels right at that moment.
If she is happy, she'll laugh as loud as she want to.
If she is angry, she'll scold how she want to.
If she is sad, she'll just keep quiet and think.
If she is excited, she'll talk non-stop.

That's why, whenever she's happy about something or excited after seeing something or experienced anything, she'll definitely text message or call her close friend to tell about it.

For example:
If she sees a good Siu Yok Fan... she will send an MMS to Harish!!! Showing the superb Siu Yok Fan... NO PORK NO LIFE!

Why is she an impulse-expresser?

Why she'll express how she feel right at that moment?

Why can't she wait until she sees her friend and tell them, not text message/call them right at the moment?

This is all because...

Feelings must be expressed right at the moment.
Feelings right at that instant is most true, most sincere, most genuine!

Expressing you are happy right at that moment, and expressing you are happy few hours after it happened, is DIFFERENT.

That is why,

I express myself at that instant.
I laugh at that instant.
I scold right at moment.
My tears shed at that point.
I smile...when I wanna smile.
I stare...when I wanna stare.
I pinpoint...when I dislike.
I hug...when I wanna hug.
I talk..whenever I want to.
I do...anything...whenever I want to do it.

Simple facts like this about me tells you about something:

Opportunities come and go. There's always only one same chance.
So do what you wanna do, at the time you make up your mind that you wanna do it!
Say what you wanna say, before it's too late!
Write down your thoughts and feelings, for it will be one of the best treasure you will ever have. Snap pictures of those special simple moments, for they are precious expressions of people which is most natural and genuine.
.
.
.
.
.
.

That's me.

Back to the main topic for this post.

I am so angry.

I was so deng-ed.

BUT now, I am okay!

^^

The power of RUE~~~~~!!!!

XD

* Do you like billboard proposal too? *

I got this picture from Ah Beng's World.
You guys can click into his blog to see what he wrote on it too.. ^^
I saw this billboard on last Friday, I never knew it's some proposal ad!!!
I even thought, "who lah is this nerd lah posing like that and what ad is that for?"
But spending RM 40K...for a billboard...
and RM 14K....for a ring.........
I still just don't understand.
Does it mean that if you don't have a 40K billboard for proposal, your girl won't say YES?
Does it mean that your ring is just RM 140, your girl will ditch you?
I mean...
What is love?
Even if you have super loads of money, or even if you are a millionaire...
Why don't you just save it to buy a house for us to stay after marrying..?
Or save it for better honeymoon trips?
Or invest it in other stuffs...
Well okay, maybe people is really that rich till he doesn't need to save... XD
RM 40K + RM 14K = RM54K
I can even buy a quite-good-car!
Well, maybe I've a different mindset on marriage proposal.
I would never want my boyfriend to propose like that. Never.
It might seem romantic. But I personally don't think it is.
I rather you proposing to me at a place where nature is at its best.
I rather you give me a simple nice not so expensive ring so I won't feel insecure and won't worry about snatch thieves.
I rather you bring me to Korea or Switzerland to propose to me.
I rather prefer you spend that RM 40K to buy me a telescope for me to see my beloved stars!
Well still, Kelly is a really fortunate girl.
I wish they live happily ever after... :)
Girls,
You like billboard proposal?
Guys,
Will you have a billboard to propose?
I think
Any girl will be more than happy once the one she loves propose to her.
It doesn't matter how much you buy for her.
It doesn't matter how much is the ring.
What matters is the effort put in, and the sincerity.
A guy can send a girl on cloudnine when he pops the question.
You need not set up a billboard. Period.
Guys, no worries.
Unless your girlfriends are very materialistic, realistic, money-minded, romance-maniac, competitive, or...anything similiar to that. Haha. But note that I did not mean Kelly is such a girl.

* Nuffnang let me knows that people likes to marry an Engineer *

Yeap.

One thing good about Nuffnang is I get to check my referrals and keywords which link to my blog.

And I found something f U n N y when I check the 'keywords'

Quite many keywords are like:

-marrying an engineer
-marry an engineer
-2 engineers marry
-i want to marry an engineer

WHY ENGINEERS?????

Well I guess the only post they can find about MARRYING AN ENGINEER in my blog is this post:

I want to marry an Engineer

And one more thing I found out today at 'keywords' :

I don't wanna marry!

Hahaha... Well yeah, some people just don't like to marry, don't wanna get committed. It's not wrong, everyone has their own way of how they want to live their life!

:)

So anyway.......

why lah so many people wanna marry an Engineer??

* Welcome to the Japanese! *

Yay!!!! AIESEC have interns from Local Committee Japan!
We have 3 new friends - 2 Japanese guys, and 1 Japanese Korean girl!
Their names are Shuhei, Taku and Bora!
I'm so happy to meet them!
Hui Ying, Harish and me took them to AIESEC Taylor's University College's new year gathering for dinner. We were kinda late and all of us were...nearly starving!
However, I'm happy to be at TUC's gathering! I met back Daryl and Kah Wei. So happy to see them again!
I also met new friends! Julie, Danny, Issac, Melvin, Sook Teng!
Also, I met Barbara from Polland! She's working at DKSH for internship. DKSH!!! Oh my gosh... If I ever get to work at DKSH...
I didn't take much pictures as I was talking quite a lot. No wonder they guessed that I'm in People Development department or so called Talent Management department soon.
But, I took pic with the Japanese-Korean intern - Hwang Bora!
Guess what? She stays sooooooooooooo near to my house!!!
Bora speaks english, japanese, and korean! So I get to practise my korean with her and learnt some new japanese words too! And she also learn chinese!!! She speaks quite well!!! At least I understand when she introduced herself in chinese!
I didn't take picture with Shuhei and Taku. I shall take with them this Sunday.
Harish will be taking us to Jalan Ipoh for YONG TAU FOO!!!!
So after the gathering session at Isaac's house, we took the interns around KL area.
Naughty Harish took them to the clubbing street and showed them the 'akuas' around Thai Club and ALOHA area. I think Shuhei was kinda shocked. *izit Harish? I heard him gasp!*
So, that ended our night. Went home around 2 am.
Since I've so many chinese new year biscuits. I gave some to them.
Just in case they don't have food. But I guess food is everywhere for them. :P
Well...stay tune~

* Valentine's Day celebration! *

I'm repeating this for the 3rd time.
One thing good being single is :
You get to spend Valentine's Day with a bunch of cool friends in a cool way!
That's my valentine's day!
Went out with 6 girls (includin me) and 3 guys!
(left to right) Yi Pei, SiewWei, Fang Yee, Pey Pey, Sze Wen
(below) me and Kaiser.
We went to Gasoline behind South City Plaza for dinner.
Seriously, the atmosphere is nice.
But the food, sux. Deng.
But anyway, it was stil one great night!
Mission accomplish where we get to kacau the romantic atmosphere with our yellings.
We actually played HEART ATTACK!!!
So people, if you want to have a romantic dinner, don't go Gasoline.
Go some place like Modestos or KL Tower whatsoever. :)
Me, Harish, Pey Pey, Siew Wei.
Harish is the man!!! He took us to putrajaya..
Brandon and I. Just to snap with Harish's Gen 2 in which we ended up blocking it totally.
Certified posers. P-virus. SS Syndrome. That's what you get in AIESEC.
Me at the fountain in front of Shangri-La hotel at Putrajaya! I love it!!!!
Kaiser and Me. He had a really happy night!
Me and Brandon.
Me, Siew Wei and our BOSS.........HARISH~~!!!! Posing with the flag post. We were under the Selangor Flag. I personally love the VAST AREA.
It's so cool~ It's so quiet. It's so PEACEFUL.
How nice if I could just lie there.

Us at the playground! Playing at the playground again reminds me of my childhood.

That's lucky Kaiser with the 6 pretty girls. :P

And kesian Harish behind kena dumped... *ouch* HAHA!

Before going home, we went to the bridge.

Marvellous engineering.

So, that's my valentine's day.

Simple. Sweet. Sounds fun.

Yeap I personally love ramming into hotels and check it out!

* H.O.P.E. *

Okay. What's the next big thing? H.O.P.E. Project by AIESEC UPM!!!!! Yeah~!!!! Well since we don't have our logo yet, I just designed a picture of it for fun~ :)

What's AIESEC? Simple:
- International Youth Organisation
- Does people development
- Does student exchange
- Help you discover and develop your potentials!

What's H.O.P.E.? It actually stands for...HIV/AIDS OGX PBOX Experience.

Okay..acronym for acronyms...doink~ Let me explain, aights?

HIV/AIDS - Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
I believe most of you know what's it right? At least you guys would know that a lot of drug users get AIDS~~~ HIV is the virus, and it causes AIDS. :) Ans AIDS can kill you...there is still NO significant cure to this disease.

OGX - OutGoing eXchange. Make it simple, it's a project where we send students out to other countries to participate in their HIV/AIDS projects~ :) Even simpler example? Here it is - We send you to Japan (for example) to carry out their projects together with them~ :) Cool?

PBOX - Project Based On Exchange. That's it. So our project is a project based on exchanges. We have projects in which we sent students out as interns, and also projects in which we have other interns coming in from other countries~ That is one project which AIESEC does.

Experience - As in experience lah..... :P

So, HOPE 2008 is our very first and pioneer HIV/AIDS project... I so heavenly need you guys punya support~!! Lots of stuffs through out this project which will be ongoing through out this first half year... Can't wait to see it! *big eyes*

What's in store?
A 3 days Campaign which have seminars, activities, and various competitions! Of course, when there's competitions, there's PRIZES!!!
A 4 days Conference which includes seminars, workshops, activities, visitations, fund raising events, and also games!
A 1 day Carnival which includes.....c'mon, you should know what's a carnival like right? Hahaha! Of course it is a happening carnival with performances, games, booths, foods, drinks, music, lucky draws etc etc...that's a CARNIVAL..
and last but not least...
1 dinner at KL TOWER... (stil pending though..I so hope it could be done!!! YAY~~~!)
.
.
.
.
so.........starting of HOPE! Let's raise the red ribbon~~!!! Okay I'm a lil' crazy now. Sorry.
YES YES YES~!
More details coming up soon... just keep in touch with me, pls???? :)
THANKS SO MUCH!
LOVE U ALL!!!!

* I'm no famous blogger *

When I say FAME...............OUS blogger.

Who do you think of?

They are extremely popular celebrity bloggers... at least in Asia lah.
Famous in the world? Well one of them is Xu Jing Lei

Jing Lei

.

.

.

Compared to them, I am nobody.

And I never hope to be any whatsoever famous blogger.

C'mon, everyday you have thousands of new blogs popping up.

In which a few of them could be famous blogs in the future.

If you have no talents, no good looks, no luck, no network, no whatsoever to show off in your blog, no luxurious lifestyle pictures, no cool photos, no famous-cool-corner-hawker-stalls to intro, no good content, no interesting stuffs, no scandal videos...etc etc... your blog will forever...be just like that.

Your sitemeter will never ever boost up suddenly. Haha.

Well, I also believe it takes time and hardwork to be a famous blogger, for some bloggers. :)

However, for me..

Blogging is a way to update my friends~

I love blogging where I get to let my friends know what I am doing nowadays.

I can't be able to MSN or Text each and everyone of them about my where beings and stuffs I'm caught up with.

Blogging is also one way for me to impact people, especially people who suddenly stumbled by my blog. I really appreciate those who dropped by and said, "Thx, I'm inspired".

Blogging also let me knows other bloggers... some really write great entries! Most of my readers are my relatives and friends... I never put high hopes to have many readers from different places, but I am always happy when they dropped by and leave a comment or a simple text at my cbox.

I'm just satisfied with blogging my stuffs and with my lovely friends reading it.

Well, the saying is quite true. When you don't hope for something, it will always happens at the moment you very least expected of it. And that satisfaction is way beyond words.

Just like

A comment from Alan which I never thought he would ever read my blog.

A message from Megat which I also never ever knew he would read my blog.

A comment from Ah Beng which I don't know how he found my blog.

Random friendly comments from people I don't know.

A text reply from Kenny Sia, which I never thought he would reply a stranger.

That is why, I love blogging.

It connects me to my friends.

It connects me to my unknown friends.

It connects me to the world.

It also however...connects me to the danger of the blogosphere of course.

Most of all...blogging CONNECTS me to my friends, which I love most!

So...

I don't hope to be a famous blogger.

I don't hope to have a blog with high traffic.

I just hope...

Friends and people will like to read my blog...For whatever I write. :)

Because..

I'm no Kenny Sia.

I'm no Dawn Yang.

I'm no Xia Xue.

I'm no Jing Lei.

I'm just ME.

I'm Popjammerz. Only me. Only I who's known for it.

I'm RUE.

Thanks to all who read my blog.
This entry is for you!
I really appreciate you guys and girls taking the time to listen to my life journey, to hear my rants, to see my stupid syok sendiri pictures, to view my works...etc etc.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

* Is the world coming to an END? *

I saw this at my bro's blog.
Sometimes stuffs are hard to believe.
You don't wanna believe it's true.
You think it's just some crap.
You think it'll never ever happen for goodness sake!
You think that...the earth will be as how it will be as it is now.

But when people show you the facts.
You gulp.
You shiver.
You tend to think TWICE.

I've always been worried about Global warming and stuffs like that. Movies such as "An Inconvenient Truth" and "The Day After Tomorrow" must have taught us a lot; or even; gave us a glimpse of how the world might be in the future.

This video clip isn't much on Global warming, but it's still concerning about our WORLD. If you are concerned on the planet you live on, if you are concerned on the ground that you are stepping now, take a look at it. And tell me, is it true?

If it will be true, I hope I survived it. And to be able to see the BRAND WHOLE NEW WORLD~

Dad once told me about land shifting, where islands will be drowned into the depth of the sea and big shores covered by the waterways. There will be no more Malaysia, there will be no more Australia, Singapore will definitely be gone...by that time. Seems like Dad has his point too. :)

If it's not true... well I could just at least say, Global Warming will still affect our world eventhough that Nibiru planet is not in our way!

* Happy moments! *

One of my
Happy - Happy Moments

is JUMPING!

Have you ever tried jumping crazily?
Just to get that perfect shot?

Sometimes... One of us jumps too early.
And the picture looks weird with that only person smiling so happily while the rest are all in their different happy stunt mode.
Sometimes, you almost got everyone jumping at the same time.
But someone's face was block and then you'll ask for another snap...

Allas, you caught a nice shot where everyone jumped simultaneously.

And no one's face was block.
But then...you've got someone not looking at the cam.

And so you decide to take another one.

Being too bored of the previous pose, you tend to come out with new poses~!
And you discuss and demo to the rest~

"Let's do superman~"

"Superman? Like this?"

Whatever...So all of us tried the SUPERMAN pose~!

Heavens, someone was special. He did ULTRAMAN.

And another one... I don't know what "-man" he's trying to be.

So that's it... our COUSINS JUMP.

Seems like we're not tired enough.

We continued to jump and snap pics!

This is me!

That's Ming~!

Trying Ballet? No... Doesn't seems like it.
We looked like 2 heavy bulls trying to do a split.

Aren't we cute? :P

Seeing us jumping so happily...

The older generation also thought that they should have some fun...

And the aunties started to jump too~!

JUMPING IS SO MUCH FUN AND HAPPY!

Fortunately they didn't break their bones.

:)

Those were my
Happy - Happy Moments

do you feel happy reading my post?

If you do, please vote for me HERE! :)

If you don't, well... i hope you'll still vote. Haha!

* Chinese New Year celebration... *

It was day 2! of CNY celebration..
My cousins brought me for a Go-Kart ride... As usuals, we have the same ol' boring rules:
Wear socks
Wear helmet
Wear appropriate clothings
No smoking.

Unfortunately, I didn't followed any of them.

But hey, at least I still did one thing correct.

I didn't smoke. :)

To be honest, the Go-Kart was far more better than Genting's.

1 - No smelly helmet

2 - Super speedy

Went for another dinner session at my another aunt's house.
My cousin bro is one hella good COOK!

Does this look like "Pillow Talk" session?

Hey we're on screen!!!! :P

Nah, it's me and Alan~

We were trying out his new cam~ Stupid fella just came back from Japan so syok!!!

And then...we watch some beautiful fireworks~

:)

A comforting way to end the night~

Oh yeah I forgot to tell you.. I ate COCONUT JELLY!!!

It's the best thing I've eaten so far this year!

That man is so darn innovative! He invented Coconut Jelly!

Much more better than Coconut water....

Yummy

Cooling

Refreshing

Super nice to swallow~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wanna try it?

Come to SITIAWAN!

* Happy Chinese New Year! - Reunion dinner *

Yeah I'm back at my hometown - Sitiawan at Perak!
Yesterday we went to Ah Heng's restaurant for Reunion Dinner.
At what came to my view once I got down from my cousin's car was...
So cool~ :)
The dishes were quick. It's not extremely delicious, not that yucky too.
Just because I've been eating there for many times so it's like a usual taste to me d...
But the atmosphere is really very CHINESE NEW YEAR like.
The hall is whole pack with so many tables filled with people.
And there're performances on stages...actually just live song performances la.

Some snaps of my cousins... :P They are my beloved cousin brothers.. The one in the center (pic above) even helped me to blow dry my hair to give it more volume. He's a hairstylist!

My bro and I.

My family!

Last but not least, me myself. I didn't camwhore. My bro took this! :P

Back to home. What more to do?

Chinese New Year isn't chinese new year if there's no gambling session!

Can you guess what game we are playing?

Whoever guessed it correctly, I'll give you a treat of candy! :P

That's how my reunion night passed.

Thanks to all my friends, flooding my hp with CNY texts.

Lovely ones.

Funny ones.

Cool ones.

Serious ones.

and even....

Pervert ones!

Thanks to my non-chinese friends too~

Never thought you all will text me~ So touched!

Happy Chinese New Year!!!

* Guys, it's all your fault.... *

Since the olden days, girls are always blamed for not being able to have a baby BOY. But do you know that it's actually the man's fault for not letting a woman giving birth to a boy?

Well... those who took biology might know why right? But I'll explain another time anyway. :)
For sex determination, we have 2 chromosomes.
For guys, theirs are the 'X' and 'Y' chromosome.
For girls, theirs are 2 'X' chromosomes.

So in order to produce a new life, one chromosome from each pair of parent chromosomes will be chosen. Hence, clearly it's the guy who determines the sex of the child. If his 'X' chromosome is combined with the female's 'X', it'll become a baby girl~! If his 'Y' chromosome is combined with the female's 'X', it'll b ecome a baby boy~! Now you know what I mean...right?

Well, nevermind. This is quite well known by people now and people now doesn't really blame the woman for not having a baby boy now... So guys~you think it's not your fault d la? :P

But the huge topic now is - SEMEN MAKES HIV MORE DEADLY.

Researchers in Germany found that a protein foud in semen, makes HIV 100000 times more virulent than it's alone! 1000000 times!!! Where can you find semen? Only in guys!!! This helped explain why more than 80% HIV infections are transmitted via sexual intercourse.

This protein found in semen helps the virus to penetrate target cells, and increase the infection rate by enhancing more than 100000-fold~

(Sources: The Sun, Monday, February 4 2008)

HIV has infected 60 mils people world wide since it was discovered in humans in 1981. Man... "It's a neverending war, it's a war which we human still could not win" That was what my lecturer, Dr. Mary said.

Girls are always the pity ones. Prosetutes ask their customers to use condom but they refused, just because they wanna fullfill their pleasure and they neglect that risk. Men who flirt around, having random sex, if he is infected...he brings the virus to his wife again..if he does not wants to wear the condom~ So, kesian punya wife also kena infected...Deng.

Guys, whenever you have sexual intercourse...if you are not a loyal sex partner...just do one simple thing - wear a Condom.

It's as simple as that~:)

* so.weird.so.funny.so.deng *

No same passion.
No same goal.
No picture of an outcome.
No whatever.

Stuffs pending.
Meeting inproductive.
Members unbonded.

Everyone seems like doing just for the sake of DOING.

Do I see someone doing for the sake of the burning passion and the high spirit in within?

Do I see someone doing for the sake of wanting to make an impact?

Do I see someone doing all out of love for it?

Do I see everyone doing because everyone wanna make it done, make it good?

Do I see everyone being happy doing it?

Nope.

Maybe I'm blind. Perhaps.

I so damn hope I'm blind so that might prove me wrong.

"I scare I can't cope with my stuffs."

"I'm scare I'm too busy now."

"I got other things more to do eh."

"I already have no passion."

What the deng. Even before starting off, people start breaking down.

A team is like an orchestra.

And every orchestra has a conductor.

Without a conductor, no matter how great the musicians are, you can't even perform a good simple piece of symphony. A good conductor, is one who is able to make the whole orchestra perform well. One who is able to lead each and every musicians into the right tune and correct note. One who is able to make amateurs improve, to make professionals excel.

The key to success is - Teamwork.

And Teamwork comes easily from...great bonding. :)

I like my bro's blog description:
No one can whistle a symphony, but it takes an orchestra to play it!

* POWERPUFF GIRL MYVI! *

Yeah...
some random posts....
Saw this at a parking~

The owner is definitely....

1. A girl.

2. Love powerpuff girls.

3. Rich

or not..

4. Spendrift

5. Too free?

Okay...I know if I say she's lame, too free, nothing much to do, spendrift etc etc macam too offensive... Yeah, people will like to do anything if they love it, or for the things they love.

But hor, try thinking when you turn old....

Like a 78 years old aunty...

and you are still in your powerpuff girl Myvi...

You might look cute in it lah

But it's still.....

so...

wuek.

But then

you can repaint your car

cost you money again la~

So...

Think ahead.

Use a design where you can use for a lifetime.

Not just because of your sudden passion.

Well

still for some people

they are RICH

that's why they don't mind

Who knows next year they will paint

The Incredibles

And the year after...
Alvin and the Chipmunks...
etc
etc

* Stretching keeps u toned up~! *

I was TOO FREE...to actually self-snap myself.
Just got back from gym that's why so energetic.
Don't care about the computer behind me, it's spoiled~
Yeah! Stretching can tone up your body!
You might have big arms but your arms will be firm!!!

One step I love most...stretching my legs...and reaching my forehead unto my knee!
Another one,
Don't forget to syok-sendiri when you are stretching.
Like this! Actually this is one leg pose i love for dancing.

Lastly, another stretch pose I love. This is the very popular yoga pose u see everywhere!

Then I was practising frog stand again. Wanna break my record.

So I thought of snapping it down.

Hey people, this is a good exercise for your stamina. :)

Later on my mom saw my picture.

She said I should look at the camera.

And so I tried.

But I wasn't ready enough and laughed out of control

In the end....

I feel flat in front of my camera! Ouch!

Okay!

Last pose, finally~!

So everybody!

Stretch up!

Stretch down!

^__________^

And you'l hv a toned up body~!
