She found out a few things today.
1. She actually has a moment when she does not feel like smiling at all, even a fake smile. She actually had a time when she's truly disappointed. She actually didn't like to smile tonight. She did it!

2. She is being more comfortable telling out straight what she is not happy with, what she hates, what she doesn't likes. She is not like some of her peers, who think thoroughly before saying. Who will think a lot of the consequences, or who will just choose to keep quiet and let everything pass. Rue likes to voice out what she feels at the moment. Of course, this does not mean that she never ever thought of any consequences. Just that she does not think as much and as long as her friends do. People say it's better to be silent sometimes, but she won't be silent all the time. :P

3. She finds the bathroom - her escape hide out. A place for her to relax. And once the tap water stops running, once she opens the door, it's time for work again.

4. She thinks that blogging makes her happy when she has not much mood to do other stuffs. At least blogging will stir up her energy to continue doing other things.

That day I was browsing the web and I found out there's this new Korean star.
She's pretty and I decided to make a wallpaper out of her! Cuz she's too pretty!!!!

Seems familiar? Haha yeah it's no Korean star, it's Popjammerz herself!!! Sorry for fooling around. Just that the reason I said it was because people actually thought it was! :P A MYC Delegate asked his friends while they were using my laptop to make a video: "Wah which Korean star is this wor? So pretty wan!". Me, however, standing beside, was laughing to myself. Wahaha. That day my roommate also said that it looks professional and really look like one korean star. I think it's the picture quality, and the way I designed it. Simple yet yeah - look like those normal pop stars desktop wallpapers girls used to scout for. But you know what, I took this picture just by using my 2MP handphone~ :P

Anyway, I had fun camwhoring and PS-ing. :P

Ask about this, ask about that.
Ask about facts, ask about nonsenses.

Asking questions which sometimes annoyed people.
Asking questions which sometimes stirs up people’s curiousity.
Asking questions which sometimes makes people happy.
Asking questions which sometimes makes people think she’s crazy.
Asking questions which sometimes people thinks she has nothing other better to do.

Seems like she has abused the phrase - “Ask and you’ll be given”.

Yet, sometimes people can’t give her good answers to her curiousity. No answers which are convincing enough. No answers which will make her flabbergasted. Yeap, sometimes.

One question she used to ask some people:
“If you know that I’m going to die soon, what will you do?”

Mom: “I will cry.”
Rue: “I know. That’s normal reaction. I mean, what will you do besides crying?”
Mom: “You already going to die lor what more can I do??”
Rue: “!!!!”

Well, I know my mom was kidding. Anyway, if you know that I’m on the brink of life and death, what will you do? If you know that your close friend has not many days to live on, what will you do?

“A walk to remember” made me thought of another question:
If you know that the one you love is going to die very soon, what will you do? Will you still marry her/him?

She can sneak out of her Department Head Dr. Nasir's class to computer lab - and blog a post. And later she's heading back. See?

Nah. Actually it's that she has no time but she really got urgent mails to check. And back home her lappie can't online. So now is the ONLY TIME. :P

* Hectic yet Fulfilling *

Bran once wrote "let life be exhaustingly productive than nothing".

Yeah. Told ya'al, it'll be a great new semester.
Course projects. Aiesec MyLDS. Personal "projects" :P Tougher korean classes. Self-learning-other-stuffs. Working-out-for-KK-stuffs. Working part time during holidays.

I went rounding around my house that day, to find that same tuition centre I once went for interview. I wanted to work there on Saturdays. Yet, seems like I can't find it. It closed down, or I found wrong direction? I'm not sure. I shall try another place this weekend, since the shortcut tunnel to my condo has opened!!!! Yeay!!!

Now another additional stuff, IC! Very interested yet many constraints. :D This year's IC will be at Brazil, next year is Malaysia's turn! ;)

Hmm, one skill is very important now, a skill which I always reckon as one of the most important skills we need to practise if we want to achieve more - Time Management Skills. Yeah, time management is crucial. We should not use "Assignments" as reason to back off project meets, or vice versa. Once or twice is okay, often is a no-no. Skit once said "Study is our first priority" during HOPE, in the sense that although we are busy with projects we should still focus on our studies. He didn't want our grades to downfall just because we are busy with HOPE. Yes, I agree. And to achieve that is by being - manageable of your own time, and staying focus in everything you do. You could skip meetings for a whole day studying at home but what's the use if your mind is not focusing. Or, you could choose to continue with your business yet focusing on your books for just 2 hours - to get things into your head.

So, hectic yet fulfilling. :) Busy yet, I can still BLOG!!!

I just hope that my body system doesn't wears and tears too fast. :P

* Crazy Stuffs *

During class, lecturer asked us what is the most powerful word in advertisements. I answered – “Free!!”. Wrong answer. Well, I gave that answer because I’m always attracted to that word, and got tricked. :P

Statistics shown that the most powerful word used in advertisement is – YOU.
Yeah, very true indeed also.

People love it when other people are directing things to them. Especially for kiasu people, when they saw the word “YOU”, they will surely direct their eyes to that page. Kiasu mah. YOU can be the next blablabla. YOU can slim down in 2 weeks time! YOU are the one! YOU YOU YOU!!!

Well, talking about attraction. I’ve suggested a crazy idea to Saha about MyLDS. “Let’s just print YouthShakers logo each on each A4 paper and simply paste paste paste paste around all the public universities lah – leave impression!” I know it won’t be implemented, but visualising it was rather cool. (Yah I imagine a lot.) Just imagine the whole bus stop is totally covered with it, despite the cost of printing, it’ll be super crazy lah!!

I love crazy stuffs. I like to make people’s birthday party to be crazy. I always think surprises. That’s why Sze said not syok for me because they can’t do that for my birthday, when I suggested ideas to her for other people’s birthday. Whoever’s.

Talking about crazy stuffs… One of my new semester resolution, under the category of “crazy stuff” is to reach to the top of the open air top of my faculty! But you know what, all the doors were barred!!!! Sze said should be because the faculty is afraid of Medical students jumping off from the 8th floor due to heavy stress, that’s why they’d bar the door. Deng. I’ve once went up to the top of my primary school’s building, it was awesome, open air~! Now I’ve told myself, if I still don’t get to go up there before I graduate, I’ll vandalise! :P

Another crazy stuff – one day I’ll sit on top of my facultie’s lecture halls. It’s built in a way where I can actually climb over the rails and sit around it. Well, I can’t explain here. Next time when I’ve done it I’ll surely take pictures for all of you to see it. This one, is NOT HARD. Pulling the girls to join me. First one who always support my crazy stuff was Sze. I took her up to the top of KPZ, through the toilet ladder!

This actually sums up one thing – I love heights. Yeah, true. I really do.

What a long time since I denged~ Now what's it this time?

There’s this girl in the computer lab. She was wearing her headphone, yet could suddenly hear music from that table. Out of a sudden, the music paused. And then it got onto maximum volume!!! But she was still wearing her headphone. Yet she acted like NOTHING EVER HAPPENED! The whole computer lab went: “I need you boo~I gotta see you boo~ And there’s hearts all over the world tonight~~~”

Oh my gosh, whoever hears also feel like whacking her!!

It was one of the funniest and embarassing moments of my university life man!

What happened actually? Okay I was wearing the headphone and started to play imeem. Who knows the volume was kinda low, I can’t hear the base I don’t like it. So, I put it MAXIMUM!! But the volume was still..small. When I saw the girl in front of me looking at me, I took off my headphone and to my shock – the whole lab was ringing “Chris Brown – With You”. I stopped the player at once! Rupa-rupanya the headphone wasn’t connected!

Deng myself…Deng deng deng deng deng!!

* Losing it? *

How does it feels like when you know you might be losing something you love...?
It hurts. It makes people anxious. It makes people worried. It makes people - disappointed.

When things are getting tougher, you'll be afraid that you can't grab hold of it and you'll lose it.

I once thought that I am for sure able to handle it. Yet last week I actually felt disappointed when my korean teacher ask me a question and I actually can't answer it. And it supposed to be a very very easy answer!!!! I don't know whether it's because I was tired, or totally blurred. I only know right after that I was disappointed. And that was the time when I am happy because I felt disappointed. Contradicting? Well, tell you. I seldom feel disappointed. I don't know it's because I am always positive or what. So, I am also happy when I felt disappointed. Just like how Jazelle felt angry in "Enchanted". She is happy because she finally feel - angry.

Anyway so, have to work hard!!!!!!!!

Not related :"Just got back from MyLDS meeting, as usual, a great one packed with laughter! And had a nice talk with William too. :) And yeah meeting back Hazwan was definitely cool than ever! And even better, HARISH IS BACK FROM INDIA!!!! What a nice fulfilling night! Too bad I was not able to attend @ night. I believed it went well though!! Too bad I can't get to see the Dutch!!!! :( "

Got home and checked out my cousin's wedding website. You guys should take a look too, what a romantic couple. Lovely. Getting married? Have you ever thought about it?

Her website is named One and Only. She received 111 roses from her fiance. She was proposed with a 1.11 carat ring. And their wedding date is 1.11.08. Wow~ You should check out their photo album - proposal album. The venue was SYOK LIKE MAD LAH. So much more better than whatever Luna Bar, Sky Bar etc etc!!!!

I am not that wow-ed off by the way he proposed. I think it was quite, usual. But I prefer the time where he wrote a song and sang to my cousin during her 24th birthday. That was far more romantic and touching. :)

This is what you always see in Malaysia. People are afraid of meeting friends who wore the same exact dress/shirt/blouse whatever when they go out. Or also, if they saw others whom they don't know yet wear the same attire, they will shout or say quietly, "Zhong sam!!!", which means - bumped dress = same dress.

Yet at KOREA, teens do not mind bumping dress or attire. They go along with the trend. This artiste wear this I also wanna wear! That singer wear this I also wear!!! Rain cut this hairstyle I also want! Hyo Lee has this hair cut I also want!

Yeah they surf along with the fashion wave and always keep up with it! If one trend starts, people will follow and you will see everyone with same attire, same hairstyle, same this same that~ :)

Sometimes words are hard to be said.
Sometimes disappointment can't be explained.
And hopelessness is even harder to...be expressed.

Be appreciative. That's what everyone should know. And not just being appreciative, be sincerely appreciative of other people's effort.

Sometimes people always take things for granted. And we should never ever take things for granted. You will never know who you will never meet again.

Sometimes people forget about their proton wira once they got a BMW.

Sometimes people really do change. Which might sound good, or sound bad.

And when they change, you will find that it's hard to accept who they are now.

Everything which starts well, should end well. Not totally without an ending.

Sum it up, if people really care and appreciate, everything will be better. But now, nope.

It's still the same. Because some people just don't change, in certain aspects.

I am disappointed.

* 2:18AM *

This is something random. I saw the laptop clock and it showed 2:18. A number which once means so much to me. A number which leads to 3 different person. I wondered why am I so exposed to 2:18. Things come and go. But the ones which left will always be remembered. Isn't it so? Some times this world is just so wonderful.

Some people choose to follow their hearts. Some choose to follow their mind. Which one would you choose? Do you walk past a shop and buy something expensive on the spot just because you love it so much, without thinking much? In which you actually could save more to buy a better one yet it takes time to search?

Humans are a very high level species, aren't we? That is why there are people who are complicated, or complicate things themselves which actually need not to be made complicated. (wow, I hope you all understand what I am writing). When your heart says left, your mind tells you right. When your heart says look forward, your mind advises you to turn back. So which one will you listen to? Best if when our hearts and our minds are in sync. For that to happen, I think it takes plenty of time. From a day, to a decade, to a century...depending on what it is. Then it comes to another question, are we willing to wait? If yes, it directs you to another question - are you willing to risk to wait? If yes, then what are you waiting for? If no, then what for you wait?

Sometimes, happiness follows when you follow your heart. Sometimes, disaster comes along after you follow your heart. Why am I saying such a weird thing? I've seen friends of mine...that's why. A nice relationship when they decided to follow their heart and get together. Who knows later on one decided to follow her heart for another person. How will it end up I will never know. Will she regret for her decisions, will he find another one he truly loves? We don't know. In life, some people prefer exciting sparks rather than a constant burning flame. Some people prefer to go for candle light dinners, sweet talking, romantic scenarios, when they are bored with the usual favourite self-cooked dishes, relaxing talks on the swing, leisure walk around the neighbourhood. That's why some people are willing to ditch their other half who spent years with them just because they are suddenly so carried away by the new lovely atmosphere with another person; quoting that they are looking for their "Mr Right/ Mrs Right".

Where's my Mr. Right? Where's yours? We never know. How will we know? I don't know either. Well, it seems like the main point is not where is he/she. (Though I sometimes wonder where is mine.) What is important is are you able to manage a relationship? Are you willing to work hard for it? Are you willing to communicate more? Are you willing to grow with your other half alongside with your courtship, relationship, marriage? Because if you don't, you will not find happiness even if you've found your so called Mr./Mrs Right. There are many other ingredients to add to produce a great cake, flour is just not enough. That's why in a relationship, Love is just not enough. Takkan you everyday go "I love you", "You love me", and you just keep on lingering in your own world with your lovey-dovey thingy. It takes more than just love, to build a strong, fruitful and fulfilling relationship. That's why it is said that loving a person is very easy, but continuing loving a person needs a lot of hardwork.

But this is special case for idols anyway, people can continuing loving them like forever...very easily. :P Hahaha!!

It has been a long time since I've been enjoying meetings like tonight's.
MyLDS meeting tonight was a great one.
I like my department director and I love my project director!!!

I like it when a vibrant fun meeting, with laughter and joy, ends with a concrete product. :)

I like it when that few hours is so substance filled, yet with much fun and sound of happiness.

I like it when our project director also take part in the planning in such a fun yet professional way.

I like it when our leader has great ideas and also can suddenly popped out stupid random statements or questions.

I like it when all the members really brainstormed for ideas.

I even like it when PD said later on I can go into GV!!!!!!! Yeah!!! :D

* What I want to do now? *

Something I hope I can do, or at least experience:

Great food? Nope. Don’t ruin my keep fit plan.
Beautiful night view or skyline? Nope. Not really now, honestly night views I saw are always the same, similar ones. Unless you bring me the whole KL, or whole Seoul, or whole Las Vegas!!!!
A date? Nope not now. Dates are sometimes tiring because you walk, you talk, you laugh etc etc.
Somewhere nature? Yeah I do love but not now too. Yet, thanks to Harish who once brought me and the rest to see the fireflies!
A place full of stars? Stars are one of my trademark. I love them! But no nope, not now too. Unless it’s a whole airport with the clear night sky, and I’m on the runway!

So what lah I want to do now?

Hush. Don’t rush. Be patient. :)

Here it is.

I hope I can be at a good place, whereever it is… a comfortable place, with stereo sound system playing Kenny G. A place for me to just close my eyes and indulge in the world of soprano sax, a safe world.

Because I do not have surround sound system in my house, so I used to listen using my headphone, with full volume on, nearly. Close my eyes, lean on the table, and enjoy.

And sometimes when my headphone accidently slips off, in a split of a second I was totally drawn back to this reality world which lacks pure silent peace. You can suddenly feel the difference.

I love Kenny G. Especially “Loving You” and “The Moment”. I used to play this on the player to my mom on her birthday when I was form 3, one of the toughest years she was going through.

I am going to get a player soon. I saw it. It’s cool. It’s stylo. It’s functionable. It’s Phillips brand. It’s not too expensive. I am going to lay my hands on it, and get it back to my room! Latest before this semester ends!!!! Then, I can indulge in my own world in my room! My room will be perfect after furthermore touch ups!

* A friend's birthday *

One of my girlfriend's birthday is approaching. Sometimes we asked ourselves, what does a birthday means to us?

"Everyday is my birthday whenever I have my friends to be around with me and it makes me happy" - quoted from another friend of mine.

I guessed it's just the same to Valentine's Day. Everyday is Valentine's day if you have your loved one beside you, be it physically or you could just feel that they are always beside you. It's the thoughts which make it fulfilling.

To me, a birthday is a special day. A day when your mom anticipated with hope, joy and love; even though she knew it will be one of the toughest days of her life. A day when your dad smiled looking at you welcoming you the this beautiful world. Every year's birthday is a day of thanksgiving, to be able to live for another year, to experience more in life, and to do more in life.

When it's birthday time, the word "presents" comes along with it. What are birthday presents for? It's not just a present, it's a blessing from us to the birthday one. Sometimes we felt hard to think what to give, what to buy, how to give..etc etc.

What is a special birthday present to you?
Some people says:

"A present which I never told them I wanted it but they gave it to me!"
"A great dinner at a fantastic place with lots of surprises!"
"People buying things I want!"
"Hand made presents are the best!"
"Something creative and meaningful"

And the list goes on and on. Everyone has their different definition of a special present.

Mine is, "A present which you never thought that person will actually give such a present to you."

On top of it all, the best present will be:
The time people actually fork out to spend with you during your birthday.

Also, we don't just accept presents during birthdays, but we do give too. Give to who? Whoever you want. :) A birthday is also a time for you to bless others with the blessings you have gained. :)

You are not a product of God’s assembly line. Rather, you’re a unique creation, like a priceless painting from a grand master: “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so that we can do the good things he planned for us long ago” (Ephesians 2:10 NLT).

God carefully and lovingly selected your eyes, your hair color, your nose, your intellect, your personality. Sometimes I think God really speaks to me. :)
I never check my personal mail as frequent as my official mail.
Today I checked my mail and found Angie gave me a mail. It supposed to be opened on 23rd June yet I only saw it now. Yet it is so true that God really speaks to me at the right time, and right place.

How can a woman not love the Lord?

* The Cave *

Holla! Finally!
This is rather over due.

Okay as I said I was finally going to The Cave!!!
To celebrate Sze's birthday on the 22nd of June!
It was cool.

The very obvious entrance.
Who ever drives around at SS2 will surely find it.
It's just too huge.

They have this big hall for people like us, whole gang who wants to go there to celebrate.
Of course, they separated us from the 'couple area' which is situated at the 1st and 2nd floor.

Anyway there if you want something affordable to eat, order 'LASAGNA'. It's worth the price.
Don't call for Spagetti!!! Not worth it wan, especially if you're a boy~

Great place for couples anyway. Yet if you are on a tight budget, just go once, enough already.

You are not allowed to bring cakes into The Cave. They charge you extra RM30 per cake!

I realised I really do. Or to be more specific, american blacks?

Ok wookay~! Let me teach you something which will RUIN MY IMAGE.

One vulgar word all the way from Korea. Actually, it's not that vulgar. But yeah, considered too. :P

So here it is, "ssi-bal" or pronounced as "shi-bal"

It has the meaning of F*ck you. OOps.

But do you know, "shi-bal" is also another pronounciation for the number 18 in korean? Yeah it's kinda same as mandarin's because in Korea, they have 2 ways to present numbers : pure korean and mandarin version.

That's why, some people prefer to write 18 rather than the word "shi-bal".

You've saw me written 18 in this blog before.

Now you know why!!!

Sad. Disappointed. Angered.
We are now talking about Rue being REAL SAD, REAL DISAPPOINTED OR REAL FRUSTRATED.

What does she do?
She prefers to be alone.
If her friends do not comfort, encourage or advise her, she is totally okay.
Why, because on and on they're the same words.
"Don't worry"
"Everything will be okay"
"Jia yo"
"You are doing great.."
"You did well!"
"Relax..Chill.."

Stuffs like that. Well she do appreciates people taking time and squeezing oozing their brain juices to think of stuffs to cheer her up. Yet the best solution is for her to lock herself in her room - switch on the air cond - read a book - dwell in her own world.

Or, if you are beside her, there are 2 things you could do:
1. Bring her to this thing called - Food.
or
2. Just shut up. Yeah, she'll prefer you remaining silent. They said "Silence is Gold" and she thinks this really applies to situations like this. More encouragement and consolation sometimes make people feel worst.

*Beauty and the Beast*

Oh yeah I forgot to update you all that I went to see Beauty and the beast broadway musical on the 2nd of July at KLCC!!!

It was awesome!!!

The story, the song, the dress, the costumes, the props, everything is so similar so alike so REAL~!

I sat rather behind but I loved it, I could see the whole stage very well~

Especially when they dance! I could see their formation~

Sometimes it's really a blessing to have your childhood memories growing up with you, making it into real-life~

For boys, it might be spiderman, ironman, xmen, superman, batman, transformers..whatever.

For girls, or rather, for me - it's musical like THIS.

When's the next coming up?

Can they show Aladdin or Little Mermaid?

I wonder what musical will it be for the future generations?

Bleach?! Naruto?! Pokemon?!

Anyway, I am having Beauty and the Beast broadway musical blues~

Yeah, til now.

Uni is starting tomorrow and I've stop teaching the kids.

Last class was hella fun though.

People always say that friends come and go. We have to move on.

In my life I've so many friends I cherish. Old pals who are like our siblings.
