Feedback is the Breakfast of Champions

One phrase which I think it's quite true while reading One Minute Manager.
You know, I rarely had time to read this 72 pages book and after like for nearly one month, i only ended up at 53.

Anyway, back to this phrase : "Feedback is the Breakfast of Champions".

I think it's really true. Especially for potential people who wants to improve, they love feedbacks. Feedback motivates people. Feedback keeps us going.

But then, some people just don't know how to give motivating feedbacks, instead, they demotivate.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day :P

But it is not easy to accept feedback and acknowledge one's shortcomings...
